We have an exciting giveaway!  Mission Stone and Tile has a new product, and we need to find a good place to install the the Beveled Arabesque Tile, in either white or ivory, and take photos for promotion.  SOOO…we are going to give away tile, for FREE to 2 contestants, in exchange for photographs, which we will use to promote our product.

The Contest: From [December 4, 2009] through (January 10, 2009], extended to (January 31,2010) “Mission Stone and Tile & Collection 17″ will promote, by means of [Posts on the Collection17 blog]  the opportunity to submit entries to win a grand prize as detailed below.

Eligibility: In order to submit entries, entrant must live in the continental United States and be 21 years of age or older.

How to enter: (I)Send an image of the room where you would like to use the Beveled Arabesque Tile to mehulsey@collection17.com . All sweepstakes entries become the property of “Mission Stone and Tile & Collection17″ and will not be returned and may be used by “Mission Stone and Tile & Collection17″ for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.

How to win: All entries will be voted on by a panel of Design Bloggers. The top 10 entries will then be voted on by readers of the Collection17 blog.  In the event that the original Grand Prize winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she or parent or legal guardian forfeits the Grand Prize, “Collection17″ will award prize to first alternate. Process will continue until Grand Prize is awarded.

All entries must be received on or before [January 10, 2010] [January 31,2010].  The selection will be held the week of [January 11, 2010] [February 1, 2010, and the prize awared February 15, 2010.  Decision of the judges and "Collection17" is final. The grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail  or mail and must meet all eligibility requirements.

By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. "Mission Stone and Tile and Collection17", its promotional agents and sweepstakes co-sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, errors in faxes or shipments, busy phone signals, or incomplete entries.

Grand Prize: (TWO) Grand Prize winner(s) will each receive 35 Square Feet of Bevelled Arabesque Tile, and $100 towards the installation cost, and shipping will be included. Grout and Setting Materials are not part of the giveaway, and any additional square footage needed will need to be purchased at the regular price.  A credit card for 50% of the regular price plus shipping will be required, with a full refund given after complete installation pictures received.   Approximate total value of the grand prize is [$800]. There are no other prizes.

The Grand Prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, “Mission Stone and Tile & Collection17″ reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent or legal guardian of winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.

Winner of Grand Prize winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form (“the Form”) that : a) releases, indemnifyies and holds harmless “Mission Stone & Tile, and Collection 17″ its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the “Release”) from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize; and b) authorizes the Releasee to use the winners’ names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.

Prize will not be released until “Mission Stone & Tile” receives all required documents. Failure of Grand Prize winner to return the Forms within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event that installation photos are not provided to Mission Stone and Tile & Collection17, no refund will be given.

Unforeseen Events: “Mission Stone & Tile and Collection17″ reserves the right to change this sweepstakes at itssole discretion at any time that “Mission Stone & Tile and Collection17″ become aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the sweepstakes security or fairness. “Mission Stone & Tile and Collection17″ reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rules changes over the air, in print or posters. (“Mission Stone and Tile, and Collection17″ is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.

Winner also agrees to provide a picture of the Bevelled Arabesque Tile installed  their room within 20 days of receiving it.

1. By entering your room you agree to allow the photo of room to be shown on the Collection17 blog with your first name and first initial of your last name provided.
2. A panel of design bloggers will vote on all of the entries. The 10 rooms that receive the most votes will then go to the second round of the contest.
3. The top ten rooms will then be posted on the Collection17 blog.
4. Readers of the Collection17 will then be asked to vote. The two rooms that get most votes will receive 35sf of Bevelled Arabesque tile from Mission Stone and Tile.
5. The winners are responsible for any state or local taxes.
6. By responding to this e-mail you are agreeing with these rules.
7. Rules are subject to change or clarification at any time.

I am a Realtor & I am in the process of redoing the bathrooms in my house.  This arabesque tile would look great in my hall guest bath.  I have attached a few pictures of the bath in its current condition plus the new vanity that I want to install.  I would use a carrara white marble top & I think your give away tile would look so great.  we plan to start the renovation with the next couple of weeks & I’d be happy to photograph it for your marketing purposes.   This could be an amazing transformation!!!!

My name is Missy and I have been living in my house for over 20 years and one of my last areas to update is my green master bath.  Even with “green” being so in right now I am not sure they are meaning the green in my bathroom.  As you can see, I have tried to make the best of it.  Seeing your fantastic tile, I thought if I win then that would be the perfect time for a bath face lift.

    I am sooo excited about this give away. That tile is so beautiful! I am about to start a bath remodel and have picked my vanity which would look amazing with this tile. I will send you pictures in a separate email.

    I have lived in my house for almost 25 years and my bathroom is one of the last places that I have not fixed up. I love the tile you have picked and the neutral decor to replace my green. I will send pictures in another email.
